Monday Pomeroy AM Stick Curling 2026-2027
What is Stick Curling?
Simply it is like indoor floor curling, however it's on ice. The curling rock is delivered by a delivery device call a stick. This sport is a two-person team which can consist of two men, two ladies or it can be mixed. Both team members are engaged in the play, either delivering the rocks or skipping. Games are 6 ends and are completed in one-hour with each session having two games, little sweeping, less strain on the back and knees.
This league is a not drop-in program.

Monday- Rentco Youth League 2026-2027
Monday Rentco Youth League:
Dates: November 2- March 15
NOTE* no curling during Christmas break or Family Day
Time: 4:30-6:00
Ages: 10-18
Teams will compete in a round robin format in a weekly league, with play offs and a year-end wind up. You must register as a team and have a coach; the coach does not require any certification and can be used at any capacity but must be utilized as an adult contact for the team. Coaches are encouraged to provide feedback, positive reinforcement and supervision for the team, but are not intended to be on the ice coaching and must not provide coaching from behind the glass. The intent is for kids to get out on the ice, play and have fun with no instruction provided! Newbies are welcomed as long as they understand the basic rules, etiquette and are on a team with some experienced curlers.
Fee is $130 per team member

Wednesday GPPA Jr Elite Training program 2026-2027
The GP Petroleum Association Elite Training program is by invitation only and will give the juniors something to strive for. This program is for those wanting to Continue in the sport of curling in Competitive play. With a mix of instruction and game play, the youth will soon excel into teams to compete in different curling bonspiel and events.
The GPPA program will run every Wednesday from 4:30-6 starting November 4, 2026

Wednesday Night - PVT Energy Group Mens League 2026-2027
This Wednesday PVT Energy Group Mens league consists of teams of 4 male players wanting to play in the curling season.
This league starts Sept 30, 2026 and end with the Men's year-end Bonspiel and Playoffs March 10-13, 2027 .
The teams play 3-round robins at 7 games per round. It is based on a point system for a win, loss or tie. At the end of the 1st round robin, the team standings determine the seeding for the following round robin set. At the end of each round robin the top Teams from each pool will receive a team platter.
Each player is to pay $20 into the Year-End Fund
Join us upstairs in the Hi-Tech Shot Rock Bar & Grill open before and after the games for food and beverage.
Trophy will be presented to the winners at the Awards Gala.

Registration Age requirement: 8-18
Our Jr Rentco Program is aimed at providing a fun, safe, active environment for children to learn the sport of curling. This program is designed for curlers with all levels of experience, from beginner to advanced.
The program will consist of 5 colored level. each level with have sub levels of different skills, techniques, and ability that will need to accomplish before moving on.
The levels will start with basic skills for new curlers, based on delivery, turns, sweeping, rock release, shot making, etc . As they progress through the levels, the level of difficulty of these skills will progress as well.
After a student has completed a level, they will receive a report card and colored badge indicating they have accomplished all the skills required within that level.

Our Northern Mat & Bridge Mens League consists of teams of 4 male players wanting to play in the curling season.
