About the Chef
Chef Miranda Baxter
Born and raised in Grande Prairie, she graduated from the Culinary Arts program at NAIT in 2011. Miranda worked in GP at a few local restaurants, moved to England for 2 years and an did extensive amount of traveling, then lived in Japan for 6 months. She ate and tried unimaginable things to add to her culinary repertoire and continues to learn new culinary dishes. She is excited to be a part of the Curling Centre as Head Chef.
